We are happy to offer Villas de Oro homeowners, through Burchard Investment Group (BIG), a full spectrum of property-management services.

Our professional staff will supervise all general home maintenance, ensuring that all appliances and systems are in perfect working order. In addition we handle minor repairs, trouble-shoot and apprise owners of any potential problems. If needed, we can coordinate the necessary resources to complete home improvements.

As part of this service, we can manage payment of all utility bills, maid service, property taxes, homeowners fees and maintenance costs for your home.

In order to begin services, we require a minimum balance of $1,000 in your operation account. We will provide you with a monthly itemized statement. Our management services are billed at $150 per month.
